The expanded 16-inch diameter capability was made possible by targeted upgrades to one of our newest spiral winding machines. While this was not an entirely new piece of equipment, the modifications required adjustments to our manufacturing process and a dedicated period of learning as our team optimized the machine for large diameter tube and large diameter core production. 

Introducing this new capability came with challenges, including refining processes, training our team, and assuring the machine could consistently deliver the wall thickness, strength, and performance our customers expect from heavy duty paper tubes and paper cores. Through teamwork and a commitment to continuous improvement, we successfully integrated these updates and can now provide oversized paper tubes and large diameter cores with the same reliability and attention to detail that define ACE Paper Tube.
