About the Role:
As a Paper Tube Winder Operator, you’ll play a key role in producing the high-quality custom paper tubes and cores our customers depend on. You’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring winding equipment while ensuring every product meets our quality standards.
This role is ideal for an experienced machine operator who takes pride in precision, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. At Ace Paper Tube, your expertise will have a direct impact on our production team and the success of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor paper tube winding machines
- Adjust machine settings and tools to meet precise specifications
- Inspect finished tubes for quality and consistency
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot minor machine issues
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of paper tube winding machine experience (required)
- Comfortable using measurement tools such as tape measures and calipers
- Ability to convert fractions to decimals and follow written instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
